Start with documented capabilities
Our initial platform profiles use official provider pages and documentation. They describe the type of business and workflow a platform may suit. We do not claim hands-on testing, measured performance scores or customer outcomes without evidence.
Make the tradeoffs visible
We consider setup, control, business needs, AI delivery and cost structure. Provider claims are not independent performance evidence. Specific features, entitlements and availability should be checked against the linked official sources.
How the finder works
The current finder uses transparent editorial rules in your browser. It weighs your business stage, building preferences and AI priorities, and recognises a small set of needs in the optional note. Guided matches do not use a live AI model and cannot understand every requirement. Where enabled, a separate AI guidance action uses Cloudflare Workers AI with the same platform catalogue; AI output is labelled and should be reviewed. Results are a shortlist to investigate, not a definitive ranking.
Offers and commercial links
The initial site links directly to provider pages and does not list unverified discounts or use affiliate tracking. If commercial links are introduced, their relationship should be disclosed alongside relevant content.
Keep the decision grounded
Try the platforms, check renewal prices and validate critical integrations. Our profiles include sources for the AI claims and were prepared on 3 November 2026.
Our recommendations are editorial starting points, based on documented features and business needs. We have not independently tested every platform. How we compare →
